Service Contractor Clause Samples
The 'Service Contractor' clause defines the party responsible for providing specific services under the agreement. Service Contractor. Exhibitors shall use only the contractor officially designated by the conference venue for all services in connection with the outsourcing of the installation, maintenance, cleaning and dismantling of exhibits and in connection with the operation of projection devices. Exhibitor agrees to abide by and to comply with all rules and regulations imposed by local unions having arrangements with the conference venue or with authorized contractors engaged by NEC. NEC assumes no responsibility or liability for any of the services performed or materials delivered by the foregoing persons and parties. Specific information about the contractor will be forwarded to exhibitor after booth space has been assigned.

Service Contractor. All exhibitors will receive equipment‐ and service‐order forms at least 45 days prior to the Conference.

Service Contractor. At the time of replacement, if an upgrade option is available, the member may upgrade by paying the difference in price as set by the K.P.W. Service Contractor. K.P.W. will cover the cost of one county permit when required for each item replaced under this agreement. The member must make the home accessible for the county inspector otherwise the member will be responsible for any additional permit fees. Electrical work and electrical permits are not covered. KPW is not responsible for additional expenses that may be required to meet current building or zoning codes. This includes city, county, state, federal and utility regulations required by law.
Service Contractor. KPW Service does not cover window units or cleaning any type of air conditioners or appliances. Member must keep their Mini-Split Air Conditioning System clean and properly maintained otherwise this agreement shall become non-effective. KPW Service does not cover any electrical work, electrical permits or electrical malfunctions.

Convention Display Service will provide all services required: carpet, furnishings, accessories, tables, drapery, labor to erect and dismantle exhibits, signs, freight, electrical requirements, phones, flowers, plumbing, models, etc. An Exhibitor’s service kit will be mailed 90 days prior to the meeting with order forms, rates, and instructions on the services provided. Contact Convention Display Service for any special requirements, and every effort will be made to meet your needs. An Exhibitors’ service desk will be available during all hours of setup, show hours, and tear down.
