Such Dell entity, together with all other Dell group entities (as defined below), each such Dell entity having the right to enforce the terms of these Standard Contractual Clauses as a third party beneficiary against the data importer in respect of any personal data which are processed by such Dell entity as a controller, as if such Dell entity were entering into its own separate set of Standard Contractual Clauses with the data importer.

CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES. Contractual clauses are solely between the Participants and do not become part of the regulatory document. The EAB or Environment and Parks cannot enforce these clauses. These clauses result in a contract between the Participants that can be enforced through court action or by obtaining a private arbitrator or mediator.
