Public Areas. Pursuant to the provisions of one or more of Astound’s programming agreements with video content providers, you may be restricted from showing certain channels of the Services in public areas (e.g., meeting rooms, lobbies, exercise rooms, restaurants, and the like). You expressly agree that you will not display the video Services in public areas. You may be required by law to obtain separate music performance license(s) if you use the audio component of the video Services in public areas. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for (i) investigating and determining the need for such license(s) and
Public Areas a. Wipe down entrance doors and clean glass (interior and exterior).
Public Areas. The Lessee agrees to abide by the discretion of the MSDPT concerning activities, dress, etc. of those persons acting on behalf of the Lessee in any public areas.
Public Areas. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease, Landlord may control and operate the public portions of the Building, and the public facilities and HVAC, as well as facilities furnished for the common use of the tenants, in such manner as Landlord reasonably deems best for the benefit of the tenants, consistent with Comparable Buildings, provided that such control and operation shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s access to, or use of, the Premises.
Public Areas. Keep and maintain the public areas of the Buildings clean and in good working order, and the sidewalks adjoining the Buildings clean and in good repair and substantially free from accumulations of snow and ice.
Public Areas. Keep and maintain the public areas and facilities of the Building clean and in good working order, and the sidewalks and parking areas adjoining the Building in good repair and free from accumulations of snow and ice; maintain the parking lot lighting at the same level as of the date of this Lease
Public Areas. Landlord shall keep and maintain the public areas and facilities of the Building reasonably clean and in good working order, and the sidewalks adjoining the Building in reasonably good repair and, during Business Hours, free from accumulations of snow and ice.
Public Areas. As long as this Lease remains in effect and Tenant is not in breach or default of this Lease and further subject to Sections 8.6 and 11 hereof or any judicial order to the contrary issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right, in common with Landlord, other tenants, subtenants and invitees, to use the public areas of the Building which consist of the entrance foyer and lobby of the Building, the common corridors on the floor of the Building on which the Premises are situated and other areas appurtenant to or servicing the elevators, shipping and receiving areas and lavatories in the Building, provided that Landlord shall have the right at any time and from time to time upon prior written notice to Tenant to exclude therefrom such areas as Landlord may determine so long as access to the Premises is not unreasonably denied.
Public Areas. The sidewalks, parking areas, driveways, courtyards, stairways, elevators, corridors, and all other common areas may not be obstructed in any way by a resident or guest, including by garbage cans, supplies, shopping carts, bicycles or other belongings. If articles are left in any public areas, management may remove them at the resident’s risk and expense.
Public Areas. (Including but not limited to elevator lobbies, corridors, and all heavy traffic areas.)
