Each party must. (a) not use confidential information or documents for any purpose other than to perform its obligations under the FWC or a specific contract without the prior written agreement of the other party;
Each party must. 15.1.1 keep all Confidential Information confidential and not disclose it to any person; and
Each party must. 9.3.1 keep and maintain for 6 years after termination of this MoU full and accurate records of the Project and all sums received from the other Party; and
Each party must. (a) keep all Confidential Information it receives confidential and secure;
Each party must. 16.1.1 appoint a member of its Staff to represent it at meetings of the Local Medical School Liaison Committee and to give and receive notices and other communications for the purposes of the Local Medical School Liaison Committee; and
Each party must. (1) use the Confidential information only for the purposes of executing the Services and;
Each party must. 11.2.1 only use the confidential information of the other Party for the purposes of delivering, and only to the extent necessary to deliver, the Projects;
Each party must. 6.3.1. to the extent that any Personal Information is disclosed to the other Party, ensure that that Party is entitled to receive, use, and disclose that Personal Information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Law and so as to enable that Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement; and
Each party must. (a) use its reasonable commercial endeavours to procure the fulfilment of all the Conditions Precedent as soon as possible after the Signature Date; and
