Fire Alarms Clause Samples

The Fire Alarms clause sets out the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of fire alarm systems within a property. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for ensuring that fire alarms are present, regularly tested, and kept in good working order, such as the landlord or tenant in a lease agreement. This clause helps ensure compliance with safety regulations and reduces the risk of harm or liability by clearly assigning duties related to fire safety equipment.
