DURATION AND REOPENER. A. This Agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2020, unless otherwise stated in specific sections, and shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2022.
DURATION AND REOPENER. This Agreement shall be effective for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024, with the exception of salary, which shall be set for each year for the remainder of the Agreement. Between March 1 and June 15 of each year, the parties agree to meet to set salaries for the ensuing contract year.
DURATION AND REOPENER. This agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2022 and shall terminate at the close of business on December 31, 2024. The UG and the Union agree they will attempt to begin discussions on or about October 1, 2024 to attempt to arrive at a new Memorandum of agreement to be effective January 1, 2025.

DURATION AND REOPENER. Section A. Duration/Re-opener This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021. In the event the Legislature waives or amends current statutory limitations on increases in classified employee compensation for the 2020-21 contract year, either party may reopen the compensation provisions of this agreement. The parties agree, for the life of this Agreement, to continue the collaborative problem-solving process.

The desire of the Association to bargain a successor agreement shall be made known to the District in writing on or before March 15. Grievances arising prior to the date of ratification of this agreement shall be dealt with under the terms and conditions of the preceding contract.

On or before October 15, 2019, either party will notify in writing the other party of its intention to commence bargaining for a successor agreement, and the parties will proceed forthwith to bargain collectively with respect thereto. If a successor agreement is not reached before the expiration date of the existing date of the existing contract, the existing contract will remain in effect until the successor agreement is reached.
