DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. 28.01 This Agreement shall commence on the first day of September, 2008, and end on the last day of August, 2012, and shall continue from year to year thereafter unless either party gives notice in writing to the other not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date hereof of that party's intention to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate revisions thereto.
DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date upon which the Agreement is approved by the Office of the Indiana Attorney General through December 31, 2022, or completion of final audit of the Project by INDOT, whichever occurs first.
