Maximum Rates definition

Maximum Rates means those rates or charges approved from time‐to‐time by the CCCSWA Board, 393 which set forth the maximum amount that Contractor may charge Subscriber for services under this 394 Agreement.
Maximum Rates. The maximum rate payable for any interest payment period on the Bonds, whether or not held by or pledged to the Provider at such time, shall be the lesser of 10% per annum and the maximum rate permitted by applicable law (the “Cap Rate”).
Maximum Rates means the maximum monetary amounts, as adjusted pursuant to Section 12.2, that may be charged a Customer by Contractor for providing Collection services of Solid Waste, Source Separated Recyclables, Source Separated Green Waste and other services provided Residential Premises and Commercial Premises pursuant to Section 12.1 and as shown in Exhibit B.

  • Maximum Rates for Standard IT Services LCATs shall only apply to T&M and L-H contract type Task Orders and to any T&M and L-H contract type CLINS in Task Orders with multiple contract types.

  • At the full discretion of the Task Order issuing agency OCO, any Labor Category Type indicated in Section B.6.1 may be used and applied to all other contract types for any Task Order issued under this Master Contract, including Cost-Reimbursement and Fixed-price Task Orders or Cost- Reimbursement and Fixed-price CLINS in Task Orders with multiple contract types; however, the Contractor’s labor category’s Maximum Rates established from this Master Contract will not apply.

  • Effective April 9, 2017, wage schedules shall be increased by 3.0% on the Maximum Rates and by 0% on the Minimum Rates in effect on April 8, 2017.

Maximum Rates means the maximum rates for the Commercial Waste Collection Services that are set forth in Exhibit B (Customer Pricing Schedule for Designated Zones), as such schedules may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Maximum Rates may differ by Designated Zone.

  • Maximum Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Maximum Rate Cap Any of the Class A-1 Maximum Rate Cap, the Class A-2 Maximum Rate Cap or the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap.

  • Minimum Rate With respect to each ARM Loan, the rate per annum set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the minimum Note Rate thereunder. The Minimum Rate as to each ARM Loan is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Maximum Rate of Interest It is intended that the rate of interest hereon shall never exceed the maximum rate, if any, which may be legally charged on the loan evidenced by this Note ("Maximum Rate"), and if the provisions for interest contained in this Note would result in a rate higher than the Maximum Rate, interest shall nevertheless be limited to the Maximum Rate and any amounts which may be paid toward interest in excess of the Maximum Rate shall be applied to the reduction of principal, or, at the option of HSBC, returned to the Company.

  • Minimum Rate Period means any Rate Period consisting of 7 Rate Period Days.
