Health Department. The Health Department has work sites throughout the County. Health Department Human Resources will work collaboratively with MCRNA to establish an effective and efficient method for communicating transfer opportunities. Employees who desire to be transferred within their respective job classes to a specific work location within their own department may submit a written request for transfer to the appropriate department representative. Such requests filed hereunder shall be retained for a period of one (l) year from date of filing and must be renewed if the employee still desires to be considered for reassignment beyond that date. Management shall respond to the request for transfer by notifying the employee of the status of their request within ninety (90) calendar days of its receipt.
