The Collaborative definition

The Collaborative means a combination of schools formed to provide intensive professional development programs for teachers in those schools, to share best practices, to provide mutual professional support, to implement a new school leadership model involving increased Teacher responsibility, and to monitor the schools’ progress through regular assessments.
