Successor Agreement. The Company will require any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of the Company to assume expressly in writing on or prior to the effective date of such succession and agree to perform this Agreement in the same manner and to the same extent that the Company would be required to perform if no succession had taken place. Failure of the successor to so assume as provided herein shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and entitle Executive to the payments and benefits hereunder as if triggered by a termination of Executive by the Company other than for Cause on the date of such succession.

Successor Agreement. Negotiation sessions shall not begin later than December 1 of any given year in which bargaining is an option, unless agreed upon in writing otherwise.
Successor Agreement. In the event a successor agreement is not entered into prior to July 1, 2019, an employee shall remain at the same step as compensated during the 2018-2019 contract year until a successor Agreement is reached.
Successor Agreement. Successor agreements involve negotiation of all articles unless 13 otherwise agreed to by the parties.
Successor Agreement. This agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party gives written notice of a desire to modify, amend or terminate. This notice shall be accompanied by proposed amendment(s) or modification(s). Negotiation shall commence no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the public hearing on the proposals.
Successor Agreement. The parties agree to commence negotiations for a successor agreement 21 no later than June 30, 2021.
Successor Agreement. A. Negotiating Teams - Prior to October 31 of each year, the Association and the Board shall designate in writing to the other the official representatives to serve on its negotiating team.
Successor Agreement. The negotiation of a new agreement shall begin upon the written request of either party. This written request will be made not later than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days prior to the contract expiration date.
Successor Agreement. In the event CNA desires to negotiate a successor Agreement, CNA shall, no more than four (4) months and no less than three (3) months prior to the expiration date referenced in Section 101, serve on the County its written request to commence negotiations as well as its initial written proposals for such successor Agreement. Upon receipt of such written notice and proposals, the County shall, within thirty (30) days, present counter-proposals. Negotiations shall begin within thirty (30) days after receipt of CNA's proposals unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Sections of this Agreement not addressed by either party in their proposals shall remain in full force and effect when a successor Agreement is implemented.
