Dues and Service Fees. Each bargaining unit member shall, as a condition of employment:

The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of bargaining unit employees, all Union membership dues, initiation fees, and assessments uniformly required, if any, as provided in a written authorization in accordance with the standard form used by the Union, provided that the said form shall be executed by the employee.

Dues and Service Fees. Upon the submission of a voluntary written authorization signed by a teacher, the School agrees to deduct from each teacher an amount equal to the Association membership dues by means of payroll deduction. Dues shall be deducted in twenty (20) installments, beginning with the second payroll in the month of September. The amount of the Association membership dues shall be certified by the Association to the Board of Education prior to the opening of school each year.
Dues and Service Fees. 1. The monthly dues or service fees payments for each member shall be an amount equal to two times the employee's gross average hourly earnings.
Dues and Service Fees. The District shall deduct, in accordance with the CSEA dues and service fee schedule, dues for wages of all employees who are or become members of CSEA on or after the date of execution of this Agreement and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.
Dues and Service Fees. All administrators employed by the Wilton Board of Education shall have the opportunity to join WASA or pay a service fee to WASA, or do neither. Any administrator who elects to pay a service fee shall pay a service fee equal to the proportion of WASA dues paid by members to underwrite the costs of collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance adjustment.

Each bargaining unit member shall, as a condition of employment, (1) on or before thirty (30) days from the date of commencement of duties or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, join the union, or (2) pay a service fee to the Association, pursuant to the Association’s ―Policy Regarding Objections to Political-Ideological Expenditures‖ and the administrative procedures adopted pursuant to that policy. The bargaining unit member may authorize payroll deduction for such fee. In the event that the bargaining unit member shall not pay such service fee directly to the Association, or authorize payment through payroll deduction, the Employer shall – pursuant to MCLA 408.477; MSA 17.277 (7) and at the request of the Association – deduct the service fee from the bargaining unit member’s wages and remit same to the Association. Payroll deductions made pursuant to this provision shall be made in bi-weekly equal amounts, as nearly as may be, from the paychecks of each bargaining unit member. Monies so deducted shall be remitted to the Association or its designee, no later that thirty (30) days following deduction.
Dues and Service Fees. A. The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of employees covered by this Agreement all monthly dues, and/or service fees of the Union and pay such amount deducted to the Union for the employees who so request such dues deductions provided, that the Union provides to the Employer authorization signed by such employees allowing such deductions and payments.

Administrators shall, as a condition of continued employment, either join the Association and pay the regular annual dues uniformly required for maintaining Association membership or pay an annual service fee to the Association not greater than the amount of dues uniformly required of members which represent the costs of collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance adjustment.
