RECOGNITION & DEFINITIONS. 1.01 The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all full-time and part-time Teachers, Media Specialist, Guidance Counselors employed by the Board. Such representation shall exclude the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Coordinators, Principals and any other person engaged at least 50 percent of the time in the direct administration and supervision of professional personnel. Clarifications of and amendments to the bargaining unit represented by the Association shall be by mutual consent of the Board and the Association or, in the case of a dispute, by determination of the Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC).
RECOGNITION & DEFINITIONS. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by Trillium Manor, Home For The Aged, Orillia, Ontario save and except the Director of Nursing and persons above the rank of Director of Nursing. Note: The Resident Care Manager/Nursing Manager shall be considered at the rank of the Director of Nursing.
RECOGNITION & DEFINITIONS. 1.01 The BOARD recognizes the ASSOCIATION for the purpose of collective bargaining as the exclusive representative for those EMPLOYEES listed in Section 1.02. Amendments to the bargaining unit represented by the ASSOCIATION shall be made in accordance with Florida Statute 447 and/or the rules of the Public Employees Relations Commission.

Union Recognition The Amesbury School Committee (“Committee”) recognizes the AFT Amesbury, AFT Massachusetts, AFL-CIO (hereinafter “Union”), as the exclusive bargaining representative for multi-purpose facility technicians (“MPFTs”) and maintenance workers in the Amesbury School Department in the unit as defined by the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission in case no. MCR-4490 as follows: “All full-time and regular part-time employees working as custodians and maintenance workers in the Amesbury Public Schools, excluding all Unit B employees, confidential and managerial employees, and all other school employees.”

The BOARD hereby recognizes SEIU Florida Public Services Union as the exclusive bargain- ing agent for the Non-Instructional Employees as stated in the Florida Public Employees Rela- tions Commission Certification of Representatives Notice Case (RE-80-077) for the purpose of Collective Bargaining in good faith on wages, fringe benefits, and all other conditions of em- ployment affecting Bargaining Unit Members, and to execute a written agreement with respect to agreements concerning the terms and conditions of employment. RECOGNITION & DEFINITIONS. 2.1 The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive representative of its employees (as defined below) for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rate of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment, pursuant to Title 21, Sections 1721-1734 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated.

The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative, as defined in Section 10-153b, through 10-153g of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended, of the Teachers' Unit, which includes the group of certified professional employees who are employed by the Board in positions requiring a teaching or special services certificate or who are employed on the basis of a Durational Shortage Area Permit (DSAP), excluding certified administrators, temporary substitutes and all others excluded by the Teacher Negotiation Act.
RECOGNITION & DEFINITIONS. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Ontario Federation of Health Care Workers (LIUNA ) Local 1110 as the exclusive bargaining agent of all Registered and Graduate Nurses employed at Royal Oak Long Term Care Centre in the Windsor Area save and except Director of Care, Assistant Director of Care, Administrator, and persons above the rank of Administrator, and member of another bargaining unit.
