NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 13.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Hospital agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The terms "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. Section One. Neither the Union nor any employee shall engage in a strike, sympathy strike, work stoppage, or other concerted withholding of services.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 8.1 In view of the grievance and arbitration procedures provided in this Agreement, it is agreed that there shall be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no lockout.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there will be no strike, and the Company agrees that there will be no lockout. It is understood that this Section will not prohibit either party from requesting the use of the conciliation services provided under the Ontario Labour Relations Act after the anniversary date of the Contract, if negotiations for amendments have not been completed satisfactorily.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act, as amended.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 9.01 There shall be no strikes or lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. 8.01 During the lifetime of this Agreement, the Union agrees that there will be no strike, slowdown or picketing which will interfere with the regular schedule of work, and the Employer agrees that it will not cause a lockout.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. A. The Association, any labor organization with whom it is affiliated and the employees covered by this agreement agree that they will not directly or indirectly promote, sponsor, engage in, participate in or against the County, any strike as defined in NRS 288.070. Further, the Association will use its best efforts to require all employees covered by this agreement to comply with this pledge.
NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of employees and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this Agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
