Labour Management Meetings. The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

Labour Management Meetings. 20.01 A joint committee will be established to deal with matters of mutual concern relating to the workplace as may arise from time to time. The committee, when established, shall be comprised of equal representation from the Company and the Union with a total representation not to exceed eight (8) members. Union Representatives on the Committee shall be the Shop Stewards. When a request is made by either party that the committee meet, the meeting shall be held as soon as practicable. Meetings shall be held every four (4) months or as required in each year.
Labour Management Meetings. This will confirm the agreement reached during negotiations that meetings between Company representatives and the Union would occur on the first Monday of each month of the life of the agreement. Topics of discussion for these meetings are inclusive of but not limited to clarification and interpretation of the contract, subcontracting, grievance committee meetings and items of mutual concern or interest. It is further agreed that the Company and Union will provide agenda items to each other prior to such meeting. Additional meetings may be called at any time by either party including the bargaining unit negotiating committee.

Therefore in the effort to ensure and encourage strong communication between the membership and the management, the Union and the Company shall endeavor to schedule quarterly Labour/Management meetings, as required.

Labour Management Meetings. 34.01 A Committee of the Union and Management representatives shall meet as required, at a time agreeable to both parties. An employee who attends such meetings on her day off shall be compensated at her regular rate of pay for time spent in actual attendance at the meeting.

Labour Management Meetings. L25.01 Upon the request of either Party, representatives shall meet for the purpose of engaging in full and effective consultation or discussion with a view to ongoing communication and resolution of any issues which may concern the Parties to the Agreement. The Parties shall develop mutually agreeable processes for this Labour Management forum. It is intended that these discussions will occur at regularly scheduled monthly meetings during the school year.
