Labour Management Meetings. The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
Labour Management Meetings. 20.01 A joint committee will be established to deal with matters of mutual concern relating to the workplace as may arise from time to time. The committee, when established, shall be comprised of equal representation from the Company and the Union with a total representation not to exceed eight (8) members. Union Representatives on the Committee shall be the Shop Stewards. When a request is made by either party that the committee meet, the meeting shall be held as soon as practicable. Meetings shall be held every four (4) months or as required in each year.
Labour Management Meetings. This will confirm the agreement reached during negotiations that meetings between Company representatives and the Union would occur on the first Monday of each month of the life of the agreement. Topics of discussion for these meetings are inclusive of but not limited to clarification and interpretation of the contract, subcontracting, grievance committee meetings and items of mutual concern or interest. It is further agreed that the Company and Union will provide agenda items to each other prior to such meeting. Additional meetings may be called at any time by either party including the bargaining unit negotiating committee.
Labour Management Meetings. The Union and the Company agree that good Labour relations are paramount. Therefore in the effort to ensure and encourage strong communication between the membership and the management, the Union and the Company shall endeavor to schedule quarterly Labour/Management meetings, as required.
Labour Management Meetings. The Union Committee and the Hospital shall meet each month at times mutually agreed on. There shall be four (4) representatives of each of the Hospital and the Union. Necessity for a meeting will be indicated by letter from either party to the other party, delivered ten (10) days in advance of the scheduled meeting, containing an agenda of the subjects to be discussed. The Union Committee representatives shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending these meetings. Notwithstanding the above, the Hospital will pay full-time and part-time Union Committee representatives an amount equal to their straight time hourly rate for all hours spent attending Labour/Management Committee meetings should meetings be scheduled on a day off.
Labour Management Meetings. 34.01 A Committee of the Union and Management representatives shall meet as required, at a time agreeable to both parties. An employee who attends such meetings on her day off shall be compensated at her regular rate of pay for time spent in actual attendance at the meeting.
Labour Management Meetings. In the event either party finds it necessary to enter into a Labour Management Meeting, they shall submit an agenda and the Labour Management Meeting shall be held within a reasonable time period. Such meetings shall be held on Company time during regular working hours.
Labour Management Meetings. L25.01 Upon the request of either Party, representatives shall meet for the purpose of engaging in full and effective consultation or discussion with a view to ongoing communication and resolution of any issues which may concern the Parties to the Agreement. The Parties shall develop mutually agreeable processes for this Labour Management forum. It is intended that these discussions will occur at regularly scheduled monthly meetings during the school year.
Labour Management Meetings. 38.01 The parties agree to two (2) Labour/Management meetings annually at six (6) month intervals. Each party will submit an agenda, no later than 3 working days prior to the meeting, listing items to be discussed. The meetings will provide a forum for ongoing communication and the joint consideration of various concerns, which arise. The persons attending such meetings shall suffer no loss of regular pay.
Labour Management Meetings. (a) On a trial basis, the Parties will hold labour/management meetings for 1 hour on a bi- monthly basis. The meetings will be attended by up to 2 employees and 2 members of management. Either Party may invite an advisor who can contribute constructively to items on the agenda.
