Company Representatives. The Participant hereby appoints its Company Representative who is duly authorized to act on behalf of the Participant, and with whom the IESO may consult at all reasonable times, and whose instructions, requests and decisions, provided the same are in writing signed by the respective Company Representative, shall be binding on the Participant as to all matters pertaining to this Agreement and the Project or Portfolio, and for greater certainty, who shall not have the power or authority to amend this Agreement.

THREE–TIER PRICING Rates for providing service based on the majority of buses running three routes each morning and three routes each afternoon shall be provided.

Company Representatives. Company Representatives. Central Management Central Management will represent the interests of GEPE under this Agreement.
