Xxxx and Renewal. The term of this Agreement commences on the date your Internet Service is activated and continues for either (i) the duration of the applicable Minimum Service Term or Renewal Service Term; or (ii) until terminated by you or Viasat. After the applicable Minimum Service Term or Renewal Service Term expires, the term of this Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, unless you terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.3.

Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Section 9, Maintenance Services shall be provided for an initial term of one year from the date of shipment of the Product or when the Software is first made available electronically (the “Initial Term”). Customer may thereafter renew Maintenance Services on an annual basis by paying RSA the applicable support fees, unless RSA notifies Customer at least 60 days before the expiration of the Initial Term or any renewal term of its intent not to renew Maintenance Services.

These General Xxxxx will commence upon the Effective Date and will remain in effect until the expiration of all applicable Purchased Offerings, unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Section. Termination of a specific Purchased Offering will not affect the Term of any other Purchased Offering. Termination of these General Terms will have the effect of terminating all Purchased Offerings. Grounds for terminating a Purchased Offering (e.g., for non-payment), that are specific to the Purchased Offering, will not be grounds to terminate Purchased Offerings where no breach exists. Unless indicated otherwise in an Order, the Term of a Purchased Offering (and these General Terms) will automatically renew for an additional period of time equal to the length of the preceding Term, unless one party notifies the other of its intent not to renew at least one (1) day in advance of the expiration of the Term or then-current renewal period.

Xxxx and Renewal. This Group Health Plan is guaranteed issue, regardless of health status or age. The initial term of this Group Health Plan begins on the Effective Date. This Group Health Plan shall continue in effect for a period of 12 months and shall automatically renew thereafter for one-year terms, unless terminated pursuant to the Plan Documents. Pursuant to Section 1357.500(k)(1)(A) of the California Health and Safety Code, any Group that is actively engaged in business or service, that, on at least 50 percent of its working days during the preceding calendar quarter or preceding calendar year, employed at least one, but no more than 100, Employees, the majority of whom were employed within the State of California, that was not formed primarily for the purpose of buying health care service plan contracts, and in which a bona fide employer-employee relationship exists must be issued Small Employer coverage. This Group Health Plan is guaranteed renewable except in the case of fraud or failure to pay premium, or as permitted to be canceled, rescinded, or not renewed under applicable State and federal law. Pursuant to 45 C.F.R. 147.106(h), guaranteed renewability rights do not allow a Group to continue its existing coverage if it would not otherwise be permitted to enroll in such coverage per federal law. Consequently, if You experience a reclassification as a large group on renewal, You are required to be issued coverage appropriate for that size group.
Xxxx and Renewal. The Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2005 except as herein provided and shall continue in full term and effect until June 30, 2008 when it shall expire unless an extension is agreed to by both parties and expressed in writing prior to said date.
Xxxx and Renewal. The Term of this agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date that Seller receives payment in full. The Term of this Agreement may be renewed for additional one-year periods following the initial one-year period by payment in full to Seller, for a Service Contract renewal. Renewal date is anniversary date of the original contract. Seller reserves the right to accept payment and extend the contract, or to refuse payment in which case the contract will lapse. Seller may also limit or terminate support service to, or may elect not to renew the membership of, any Plan member who uses the service in an irregular, excessive, abusive or fraudulent manner. While Seller makes effort to send renewal notices, it is the responsibility of the Plan member to request renewal within 30 days of the anniversary date of the original contract. If Seller chooses not to renew a Plan on the basis of excessive usage, such determination shall not be deemed to preclude customer support from Seller on a pay-as-you-go basis. The Plan membership is non- transferable. Return Policy: Because Support Plan membership is inaugurated with software upgrade materials, the Plan is non returnable.
Xxxx and Renewal. This Agreement shall immediately take effect on the effective date, as set forth in Section III.H of this Agreement and shall be in full force and effect for a period of two years thereafter. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive two-year periods unless terminated as provided below.

This agreement shall be for the period of two (2) years beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2022, and thereafter, for two-year repeating terms unless on or before one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to the date last above mentioned, or on or before one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to the expiration of any such renewal period in which case the Agreement shall terminate on either the original termination date or the renewal end date.
