AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Each time the agreement is up for its 5-year renewal, the Project Leader and the Friends Executive Director or President will meet to review, modify, and sign the agreement. The template Friends Partnership Agreement is pre-approved by the Service’s Solicitor’s office. Regional Solicitor review is not required unless the scope of the changes to the template is significant enough to require such a review. The Regional office will determine if additional Regional Solicitor review is necessary. To become effective, the Regional Director (or designee) must review, approve, and sign the agreement.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Notwithstanding any provision in the Agreement to the contrary, the Agreement may not be renewed except upon mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of Customer and Vendor. Should the parties agree to renew the Agreement, Vendor may increase its fees by no more than three (3) percent at the start of each renewal term with ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to Customer.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. The State may renew this Agreement in the next biennium by issuing written notice to the Service Provider of the decision to do so. Renewals will be initiated by the State in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current term. This expiration and renewal procedure will also apply to the end of any subsequent biennium.

The Regional Coordinator/Regional Liaison will determine if additional Regional Solicitor review is necessary. Any revisions to the modified Agreement by the Regional Coordinator/Liaison/Solicitor shall be subject to the mutual review and approval of both parties. To become effective, the Regional Director (or designee) must review, approve, and sign this Agreement.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Unless a written 30-day notice is given from the resident prior to the end of the 10-month term, the agreement will automatically renew as a 2-month summer housing agreement. Similarly, unless a 30-day notice is given from the resident prior to the end of the 2-month summer term, the agreement will automatically renew as a 10-month housing agreement. SWBTS has the right to refuse automatic renewal at the end of agreement periods for residents outside of campus housing policy.
