Section 4.3. 30 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 31 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization. 32
Section 4.3. 16 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 17 pay to a maximum of four (4) days total per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 18 those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District Administration. Section 4.3. 25 On or before the first day of October of each year during the term of this Agreement, the District shall 26 provide Public School Employees of Washington with the name, position, hire date, and rate of pay of 27 each employee. In October and March of each year, the District shall provide PSE of Washington with 28 the employee’s name, position, building location, address and zip code.

Section 4.3. 2 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off to a 3 maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend meetings when the purpose of those meetings is in the 4 best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
Section 4.3. 30 There shall be no sub-contracting unless it is negotiated with the appropriate bargaining unit.
Section 4.3. 43 Representatives of the Association upon making their presence known to the District shall have access 44 to the District premises during business hours, provided that no conferences or meetings between 45 employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work.
