Term of Agreement and Renewal. The Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of execution hereof through the expiration of a one year period, and may be renewed upon the mutual consent of the Parties.
Term of Agreement and Renewal. The provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on the January 1, 20209 and shall remain in full force and effect through the December 31, 2022. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing no later than sixty (60) days prior to expiration that it desires to modify or terminate the Agreement. Official notice to University Hospital shall be made by addressing the Chief Human Resource Officer and notice to the CIR shall be made by addressing the University Hospital Union Representative.

The Expiration Date of this Agreement shall be extended for additional successive five (5) year periods unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the Expiration Date or the expiration date of any subsequent extension period, either party notifies the other of its intention not to extend. Upon such notification not to extend, this Agreement shall expire on the Expiration Date or at the expiration date of any extension period.

At the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, this Agreement and any Order Forms then in effect will automatically renew for subsequent one (1) year periods (each a “Renewal Term”) unless one party provides the other party with written notice of its intent to amend terms and/or fees or not to renew the Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term. The capitalized word “Term” means the Initial Term and any Renewal Terms.
