Internet Service. In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
Internet Service. Internet facilities are available on board your Scenic Space-Ship or Scenic Tsar cruise at no additional charge.
Internet Service. CAF-II Internet Service is subject to data usage limits which are described in Viasat’s Data Allowance Policy. The 30-day data usage limit for the CAF-II Service plan is 600GB, which is subject to change based upon the FCC’s annual Urban Rate Survey results. Internet service levels and/or providers may be changed during the contract period if such changes apply uniformly to all residents of the building containing the Premises.

Internet Service. A. Landlord agrees to furnish to each Unit a terminal or, where applicable, wireless access, for Tenant's connection to an internet service provider. If Tenant desires to use alternative Internet or on-line services, Tenant will have the right to do so at Tenant's expense. The University, not the Landlord, provides internet access to the Facility and Landlord does not operate the network. Landlord is not responsible to configure Tenant’s personal computer or similar devices, or to help Tenant to do so.
Internet Service. Online Banking allows you to access your accounts via the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week except during maintenance periods. You can complete transfers between your accounts as well as obtain account information. Transfers. Real time transfers initiated through Online Banking before 6:00 p.m. CST on a business day are posted to your account the same day. Transfers initiated after 6:00 p.m. CST on a business day, Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Holidays recognized by Plains Commerce Bank, will not post until the next business day. Scheduled Transfers. Scheduled transfers initiated through Online Banking (either recurring or one-time) the earliest date will be next day. If you select a future date for a schedule transfer (either recurring or one-time) we will process the transaction on that date if that day is a business day. If the date you request for a future transfer is not a business day, we will process the transaction on the next business day.
Internet Service. Landlord provides direct connections to an Internet service provider and/or a university network, where available as chosen by Landlord. This service is available to Resident as a courtesy, at no charge. Resident will not resell this service or otherwise charge others to use it. Further, the Resident will not redistribute the service whether or not Resident receives compensation for such redistribution. The service that is provided is a residential service provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Resident agrees not to use the service for operation as an Internet service provider, for the hosting of websites or for any business enterprise. Landlord reserves the right to limit the amount of bandwidth available to any student.
