Minimum Service Term means a minimum term for the provision of Service by Ruptela to the Customer. Minimum Service Term shall be 24 (twenty-four) months unless agreed upon otherwise between the Parties in the Special Terms. The Minimum Service Term begins once Ruptela issues the first invoice.

Minimum Service Term. The Minimum Service Term for the Metro Private Line circuits is five (5) years from the date of circuit installation.
