Maintenance Services means the general maintenance of the Platform and Hosted Services, and the application of Updates and Upgrades;

• Maintenance Services includes problem determinations, reasonable problem resolutions, provisioning of software program temporary fixes and new releases.

Maintenance Services means routine maintenance, repair and replacement of existing facilities, structures, buildings or real property.

Maintenance Services with regard to this Sell On Premise Distribution Model means SAP Delivered Support. "Open Ecosystem Partner" with regard to this Sell On Premise Distribution Model means any person or entity to which Distributor markets and distributes certain Software and who then markets and distributes the Software to End Users in connection with the “Sell On Premise Open Ecosystem Model”; a list of available open ecosystem sell partners is displayed on SAP’s partner-dedicated website under “Open Ecosystem Partners”.

Maintenance Services means the maintenance services as described in this Agreement and in the MSLA.

Maintenance Services means Provider’s then current maintenance and support offering specified in the applicable Order and made available to Customer as stated in the Maintenance Services Section below.
