Examples of Original Termination Date in a sentence
The Borrower may request, by notice given to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) (the “Extension Request”) on a date that is not earlier than forty five (45) days and not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the Original Termination Date that the Original Termination Date be extended to the date which is 90 days after the Original Termination Date, or if such date is not a Business Day on the next preceding Business Day.
As used herein, the term “Termination Date” shall mean the Original Termination Date or the Extended Termination Date, as the case may be.
Each Letter of Credit shall (i) be denominated in dollars and (ii) expire no later than the earlier of (x) the first anniversary of its date of issuance and (y) the date that is five Business Days prior to the Original Termination Date, provided that any Letter of Credit with a one-year term may provide for the renewal thereof for additional one-year periods (which shall in no event extend beyond the date referred to in clause (y) above).
Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Aggregate Commitment shall be effective for an initial period from the Global Effective Date to the Original Termination Date; provided that the Termination Date, and concomitantly the Aggregate Commitment, may be extended for successive one year periods expiring on the date which is one (1) year from the then scheduled Termination Date.
