Escalation. If parties are unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner, as specified above, either Sourcewell or Supplier may escalate the resolution of the issue to a higher level of management. The Supplier will have 30 calendar days to cure an outstanding issue.
Escalation. If the Customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided by IET or the Customer wishes to cancel services, the following escalation procedure will be used to reach a resolution: Escalating Issues and Concerns Step 1: The Customer will contact the Service Manager to discuss the issue.
Escalation. (a) The Parties hereto agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve expeditiously any dispute, controversy or claim between them or any of their respective Subsidiaries with respect to the matters covered hereby that may arise from time to time on a mutually acceptable negotiated basis. In furtherance of the foregoing, any Party hereto involved in a dispute, controversy or claim may deliver a notice (an “Escalation Notice”) demanding an in-person meeting involving representatives of the Parties hereto at a senior level of management of the Parties hereto (or if the Parties hereto agree, of the appropriate strategic business unit or division within each Party). A copy of any such Escalation Notice shall be given to the General Counsel, or like officer, of each Party involved in the dispute, controversy or claim (which copy shall state that it is an Escalation Notice pursuant to this Agreement). Any agenda, location or procedures for such discussions or negotiations between the Parties may be established by the Parties from time to time; provided, however, that the Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet within 30 days of the Escalation Notice.
Escalation. 12.1 If an Authority has any issues, concerns or complaints about the Integrated Service, or any matter in this Agreement, that Authority shall notify the other Authorities and the Authorities shall then seek to resolve the issue by a process of consultation. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time, the matter shall be escalated to the Management Board, which shall decide on the appropriate course of action to take. If the matter cannot be resolved by the Management Board within 14 days, the matter may be escalated to the Chief Executives of each Authority for resolution.
Escalation. If the issue or dispute cannot be resolved at the level at which it first arose, either party may refer it to the senior staff member of the Funder who is responsible for this Agreement and to their counterpart in the senior management of the Hospital. If the dispute cannot be resolved at this level of senior management, either party may refer it to its respective CEO. The CEOs may meet within 14 Days of this referral and attempt to resolve the issue or dispute. If the issue or dispute remains unresolved 30 Days after the first meeting of the CEOs, then either party may refer it to their respective Board Chairs (or Board member designate) who may attempt to resolve the issue or dispute.
Escalation. Within five (5) DIR Business Days of a notice under Section 12.1.1 Initial Effort above referring a dispute for resolution by senior executives, the Designated DIR Representative and the Successful Respondent Account Manager shall each prepare and provide to the designated senior executive of DIR and the designated senior executive of Successful Respondent, respectively, summaries of the non-privileged relevant information and background of the dispute, along with any appropriate non-privileged supporting documentation, for their review. The designated senior executives shall confer as often as they deem reasonably necessary in order to gather and furnish to the other all non- privileged information with respect to the matter in issue which the Parties believe to be appropriate and germane in connection with its resolution. The designated senior executives shall discuss the problem and negotiate in good faith in an effort to resolve the dispute without the necessity of any formal proceeding. The specific format for the discussions shall be left to the discretion of the designated senior executives but may include the preparation of agreed- upon statements of fact or written statements of position.
Escalation. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on any issue concerning this Agreement or the Project within 14 days after one party has notified the other of that issue, they will refer the matter to [insert officer] in the case of the Institution, and to [insert officer] in the case of the Collaborator in an attempt to resolve the issue within [14] days after the referral. Either Party may bring proceedings in accordance with clause 10.10 if the matter has not been resolved within that [14] day period, and either Party may bring proceedings to protect its Intellectual Property Rights or Confidential Information in any jurisdiction, whether or not any issue has been escalated under this clause.

Escalation. An escalation factor is not allowed unless called for in this ITB. If escalation is allowed, bidder must notify the City in writing in the event of a decline in market price(s) below the bid price. At that time, the City will make an adjustment in the Contract or may elect to re-solicit.
Escalation. The parties agree to exercise every reasonable effort to resolve disputes that may arise under this Contract through informal negotiation and cooperation. If the parties are unable to resolve any dispute arising under this Contract, then a party claiming that a dispute has arisen in connection with this Contract or its subject matter will give prompt notice to the other party describing the dispute in reasonable detail. Promptly after receipt of the Dispute Notice, the parties will negotiate in good faith to resolve the Dispute.
