Size Group definition

Size Group means:Size Group 1: Fish less than or equal to 4 cm in length, commonly referred to as fry.Size Group 2: Fish from 4 to 6 cm in length, commonly referred to as fingerlings.Size Group 3: Non-brood fishes greater than 6 cm in length, commonly referred to as yearlings/adults, which are not being held as broodstock.Size Group 4: Reproductively mature fish used as broodstock.
Size Group means vessel’s size group specified in § 94.2.

  • Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.

  • Pooled fund group means an internally created fund of a district in which one or more institutional accounts of a district are in- vested.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.
