Support Fees definition

Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

Support Fees has the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.

Examples of Support Fees in a sentence

• Upon expiration of the Initial Support Term, the ongoing support services shall automatically renew and Client shall be obligated to pay the Support Fees for additional annual support periods (each a “Renewal Support Term”) unless and until the termination of this Agreement.

• Support Fees for the Licensed Product are included in the License Fees are set forth in Section C of this Appendix A and consist of for a period of [insert years,] years following the Effective Date (“Initial Support Term”).

More Definitions of Support Fees

Support Fees means fees payable by Customer for applicable NAVITAIRE Support Center Support as specified in Exhibit K.
