These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships between the Contractor and the Customers, also after their termination, including the offers made by the Contractor and the assignments given to the Contractor, regardless of their nature, also with regard to those that do not form part of the actual work, including the storage, custody, entry for warehousing and removal from the warehouse of goods, always regardless of whether or not the Contractor is obligated in full or in part to perform the work in question, and of whether or not the work is performed for a consideration, with the exception of shipping activities within the meaning of Article 8:60 of the Dutch Civil Code, in which case Article 3 will apply.
These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the eighth day after the date of their publication on the notice board of the Insurer, and shall be applied upon the approval of the Ministry of Health.
These General Terms and Conditions shall remain effective in their remaining parts even if individual provisions are legally invalid.
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Agreement to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions on which any purchase order is placed or purported to be placed by Customer.
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to every quote and tender by Springest and any use of the Services of Springest as well as the use of the Platform.
These General Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to operations in progress until their complete conclusion, under the terms of the instructions transmitted by the Client for this purpose, for which the Client will continue to pay the applicable charges.
These General Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect until terminated by either Party upon 15 (fifteen) days prior notice, or as otherwise provided herein.

These General Terms. AND CONDITIONS MAY BE MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME AT NECAM’S DISCRETION OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW WITHOUT NOTICE. END-USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES, AS THEY PERTAIN TO THE PARTICULAR SERVICES END-USER CHOOSES NOW OR MAY CHOOSE IN THE FUTURE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING HEREIN TO THE CONTRARY, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY CHANGE DIMINISH ANY APPLICABLE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO AT THE TIME OF ANY ORDER. END-USER AGREES THAT ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE USE OF END-USER’S ELECTRONIC RECORDS.
These General Terms. Conditions shall be governed to all effects and purposes by Spanish legislation. The parties hereto submit to the Courts of the place where the service is provided.
