Vehicle Insurance. You shall, at your own expense, maintain business motor vehicle liability insurance (“Vehicle Insurance”), including coverage for loading and unloading Equipment and hired motor vehicle physical damage insurance, covering owned, non-owned, hired and rented vehicles, including utility vehicles such as trailers. Coverage for physical damage shall include “comprehensive” and “collision” coverage. We shall be named as an additional insured with respect to the liability coverage, and as a loss payee with respect to the physical damage coverage. The Vehicle Insurance shall also include coverage for pollution caused by any vehicles. The Vehicle Insurance shall provide not less than $1,000,000 in combined single limits liability coverage and actual cash value for physical damage and shall provide that said insurance is primary coverage with respect to all insureds, the limits of which must be exhausted before any obligation arises under our insurance.

A copy of the Liability Insurance policy, including the declarations pages and the specific endorsement naming Us as an additional insured will be provided to Us on Our request.
Vehicle Insurance. A regular or term employee who is required to travel in excess of sixteen-hundred (1600) kilometers per insurance year between College campuses on College business shall, subject to the prior approval of the VP Academic/delegate, be reimbursed upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents of one hundred percent (100%) (pro-rated in the case of a term employee) of the annual incremental cost of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (I.C.B.C.) Class 07 (Business) premium that is over and above that for Class 02 (Pleasure, Drive To Work or School). Such reimbursement shall be limited to one (1) vehicle per employee and it is the employee's responsibility to purchase Class 07 vehicle insurance when necessary.
Vehicle Insurance. An employee who is required to travel in excess of six days per month between OC centres, campuses, or locations on OC business shall, subject to the prior approval of the designated supervisor, be reimbursed, upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents, 100% of the annual incremental cost, prorated for the term of the appointment, of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia Class 007 (Business) premium that is over and above that for Class 002 (Drive to Work or School) or 003 (Drive to Work or School under 15k), whichever is appropriate. Such reimbursement shall be limited to one vehicle per employee and it is the employee’s responsibility to purchase Class 007 vehicle insurance when necessary. If OC so reimburses an employee, the employee shall normally use his or her personal motor vehicle for travel on OC business requiring a motor vehicle.

Vehicle Insurance. Employees who are required to supply a personal vehicle for Employer business must satisfy the Employer that they have adequate insurance for use of the automobile for business purposes (minimum $1,000,000 Public Liability and Property Damage coverage required). The Employer agrees to pay the cost of the difference between the private use and business use insurance coverage, to a maximum of $210.00 per year ($220.00 per year effective January 1, 2005). When an employee renews his insurance he shall provide the Employer with written proof of coverage and cost, at which time he will be reimbursed up to the entitled maximum in a lump sum payment. At the beginning of each calendar year the Employer and the Union will assess quotations from the employees' insurance companies (and other companies if needed to provide five (5) quotations) to establish whether an adjustment in this payment is required. This would be based on an average of the quotations.
Vehicle Insurance. The Company agrees to maintain adequate liability insurance on all vehicles owned or leased by the Company when it requests an employee to drive such vehicle.
