Public Passenger Transportation System definition

Public Passenger Transportation System means a public transit system as prescribed by the British Columbia Transit Act;
Public Passenger Transportation System means a public system for the transportation of passengers and goods by any means operated under an Annual Operating Agreement, including Conventional, Custom and Paratransit Transit Services.
