Business Use. Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE. Eligibility is limited to the following: cars, trucks and vans used for route sales, inspections, maintenance, repair, landscaping, carrying tools to a job site and eligible vehicles owned by religious / charitable organizations.
Business Use. I understand that I may not use my residence hall room or any University housing facilities for commercial or business purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use of phone, assigned bedspace or available community lounge, study or kitchen spaces, data, and cable TV lines, as well as voicemail and mailboxes to conduct or carry out any commercial business.
Business Use. Borrower and User agree that the Card and the Card Account shall be used for business purposes and NOT for personal, family, or household purposes.
Business Use. If the Interac e-Transfer Service is used by or on behalf of an Eligible Business or by a Business User then: (i) the terms of Part 8 of this Agreement will apply to the use of the Interac e-Transfer Services by the Eligible Business or the Business User, (ii) wherever the terms "you", "your", and "Account Holder" are used in this Part 2, then each of these terms will mean both the Eligible Business and the Business User.
Business Use. (a) If you have used commodity supplied to the premises for business purposes, and we have to pay a higher rate of VAT or any other extra taxes (for example, climate change levy), you must pay these taxes in full unless you meet the HM Revenue & Customs requirements that allow you to provide us with 'exemption certificates' which cover the taxes due. (b) If you are a business customer and we have supplied you as a residential customer by mistake, these terms and conditions will not apply. We will continue to supply you under our 'deemed business terms' unless you sign up to an agreed set of business terms with us or you change to a different supplier. (Our deemed business terms are the terms that a business customer is supplied under by our Xxxxxx Energy division. The deemed business terms may be more expensive than our other business terms).
Business Use. It is understood and agreed that the Leased Premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant as a general office and laboratory. Tenant shall not use the Leased Premises for any use not identified as a permitted use by any zoning ordinance or other governmental regulation relating to the Leased Premises or approved as a conditional use by the governmental bodies having zoning authority. No use shall be permitted, or acts done, which will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not sell, permit to be kept, used or sold in or about the Leased Premises any article which may be prohibited by the standard form of fire insurance policy. In the event Tenant's use of the Leased Premises results in an increase in the cost of any insurance relating to the Landlord's Property, Tenant shall pay such additional cost to Landlord upon demand. Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and/or deed and plat restrictions affecting the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not commit, or permit to be committed, any waste or nuisance on the Leased Premises.
Business Use. You will use the Services for Your own internal business, non-personal use. You will not allow any third party, including Your vendors and service providers, to access or use the Services (provided that this limitation does not apply to business process outsourcing (BPO) functionality that allows for a third party to log in to a web application as an external user solely to perform, for You and as Your representative, Contact Center Agent activities or monitoring activities with respect to the Services). For the avoidance of doubt, You agree that You will not use the Services for residential purposes.
Business Use. In the event that YOU purchased the BUSINESS USE option as shown on the DECLARATION PAGE of this AGREEMENT, WE will provide coverage for those VEHICLES defined as BUSINESS USE VEHICLES. 2.
Business Use. The Customer agrees that where Tennis Auckland’s services are acquired for business purposes, or the Customer holds itself out as acquiring Tennis Auckland’s services for business purposes, the Consumer Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 will not apply to any supply of goods or services made under these terms and conditions, and Tennis Auckland will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any kind to the Customer, including any consequential loss or damage howsoever it may be caused (except as required by law).
Business Use. If your certificate of motor insurance allows business use, we will insure your employer or business partner against the events shown above under ‘Driving your vehicle’ while you are working for that employer or partner, but not while using a vehicle provided by the employer or partner unless that vehicle is shown on your schedule. Legal costs In respect of any event which is covered under this section, if we first agree in writing, we will arrange and pay: • Solicitor’s costs if anyone we insure is represented at a coroner’s inquest, fatal accident inquiry or court of summary jurisdiction • The costs for legal services to defend anyone we insure against any prosecution arising from any death • All other legal costs and expenses we agree to The most we will pay for the legal costs is £35,000 for any claim or claims arising out of one incident.
