Business Use. I understand that I may not use my residence hall room or any University housing facilities for commercial or business purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use of phone, assigned bedspace or available community lounge, study or kitchen spaces, data, and cable TV lines, as well as voicemail and mailboxes to conduct or carry out any commercial business.
Business Use. Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE. Eligibility is limited to the following: cars, trucks and vans used for route sales, inspections, maintenance, repair, landscaping, carrying tools to a job site and eligible vehicles owned by religious / charitable organizations.
Business Use. If the Interac e-Transfer Service is used by or on behalf of an Eligible Business or by a Business User then: (i) the terms of Part 8 of this Agreement will apply to the use of the Interac e-Transfer Services by the Eligible Business or the Business User, (ii) wherever the terms "you", "your", and "Account Holder" are used in this Part 2, then each of these terms will mean both the Eligible Business and the Business User.

(a) If you have used commodity supplied to the premises for business purposes, and we have to pay a higher rate of VAT or any other extra taxes (for example, climate change levy), you must pay these taxes in full unless you meet the HM Revenue & Customs requirements that allow you to provide us with 'exemption certificates' which cover the taxes due.
(b) If you are a business customer and we have supplied you as a residential customer by mistake, these terms and conditions will not apply. We will continue to supply you under our 'deemed business terms' unless you sign up to an agreed set of business terms with us or you change to a different supplier. (Our deemed business terms are the terms that a business customer is supplied under by our ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy division. The deemed business terms may be more expensive than our other business terms).
Business Use. The parties further agree that they have mutually relied upon the representations of the other that this Agreement is entered into for commercial, or business purposes and not for personal, family or household purposes, that neither party is a consumer, and that each party is engaged in their common trade. You are obtaining and using Merchant Services for legitimate business purposes only and to facilitate lawful business Transactions between yourself and your Purchasers. Your business and the manner in which you conduct it comply with all Laws. Further, Your Bank Account into which debits and credits are made is being used for lawful business purposes only.

If your certificate of motor insurance allows business use, we will insure your employer or business partner against the events shown above under ‘Driving your vehicle’ while you are working for that employer or partner, but not while using a vehicle provided by the employer or partner unless that vehicle is shown on your schedule. Business Use. It is understood and agreed that the Leased Premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant as an office, laboratory and light manufacturing. In the event Tenant's use of the Leased Premises results in an increase in the cost of any insurance relating to the Landlord's Property, Tenant shall pay such additional cost to Landlord upon demand. Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and/or deed and plat restrictions affecting the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not commit, or permit to be committed, any waste or nuisance on the Leased Premises.
Business Use. In the event that YOU purchased the BUSINESS USE option as shown on the DECLARATION PAGE of this AGREEMENT, WE will provide coverage for those VEHICLES defined as BUSINESS USE VEHICLES.
