Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance will be maintained to cover all unlicensed motor vehicles and ground equipment owned, non-owned, or hired by Company that are operated in the Airport. This coverage will be in an amount not less than $5,000,000 per person per occurrence.

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. Contractor shall procure and maintain during the life of this contract Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance, including Michigan No-Fault Coverage, with limits of liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury, and Property Damage. Coverage shall include all owned vehicles, all non-owned vehicles, and all hired vehicles.
Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. CONTRACTOR must carry Automobile Liability insurance with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for Bodily Injury and Property Damage for CONTRACTOR’S vehicles, whether owned, hired, or non-owned.

For all non-owned vehicles, Provider’s personnel must maintain adequate motor vehicle liability coverage.

Professional Liability: PROVIDER shall obtain professional liability insurance covering all professionals, including, without limitation, medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, and nurses, rendering treatment to consumers during the term of this Agreement, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate. Such professional liability insurance covering PROVIDER shall include coverage for PROVIDER’s employees, volunteers, contractors and annual aggregate. If the professional liability insurance policy is a claims-made policy and is subsequently canceled or otherwise terminated, then PROVIDER shall obtain and maintain an extended reporting endorsement (i.e., tail insurance) prior to the cancellation or termination date of such professional liability insurance policy regardless of when any related incident, claim or suit might be reported. Professional liability insurance policies shall be endorsed to include coverage for sexual abuse and molestation that applies to any PROVIDER with responsibility for consumer interaction in person.
Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance with a Non-Ownership and Hired Car Liability Endorsement in the name of Agent covering all vehicles used by Agent employees in connection with Assix' operations under this Agreement with limits of not less than $500,000.00 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage per occurrence; and

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. The Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance to be effected by the Supplier shall:

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance is not required as part of this Agreement as travel or transport of UUMs or any other personnel in a motor vehicle is not authorized nor included in the services provided pursuant to this Agreement. The State will not reimburse Contractor for travel. The Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the State from any and all claims or actions, including claims for bodily injury, death, or damage to property resulting from the use of a motor vehicle in the performance of this Agreement.
