Union Interviews. 6.01 During the term of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to furnish the Union monthly with a written list of all new employees who have completed their probationary period and have become members of the regular staff; this list to include the employee's name and the department in which he or she is working and a copy of said list to be furnished to the Chief Xxxxxxx. This said list to further contain the date, time and place for interviewing such employees.

Union Interviews. During the term of this Agreement the Employer agrees to furnish the Union with a written list of all new employees within the bargaining unit not later than sixty days from date of hiring. Such list shall also include date of hiring, classification, and when applicable, the date of termination of employment. All new employees (except students hired during their normal vacation periods) hired after the date of this agreement shall be considered probationary employees until, in the case of full-time employees, they have completed sixty working days or in the case of part-time employees, they have completed four hundred and fifty hours of employment. After completion of the probationary period as defined in subsection above, such employees shall be considered permanent employees of the Employer and shall appear on the seniority list as of the date of employment, provided that the date of hiring of an employee after four hundred and hours of intermittent employment shall be the date twelve full calendar weeks prior to the date upon which the probationary period was completed. The Employer agrees that a representative of the Union shall have the right to interview each employee after completion of his or her probationary period for the purpose of ascertaining whether the employee wishes to become a member of the Union, and further agrees to designate the time and place for such interview, on the Employer's premises. The interview shall not exceed ten minutes in duration for each employee.
Union Interviews. 6.01 The Union shall be notified of all promotions, demotions, hirings, lay-offs, transfers, recalls, resignations, retirements or other terminations of employment at the end of every second pay period. It is understood that delays may occur but it is agreed that in no case will more than a three (3) pay period delay be encountered.

Union Interviews. It is mutually agreed that arrangements will be made for a Union Representative to interview each new employee during the first thirty (30) days of employment at a mutually agreeable time for the purpose of informing such employee of the existence of the Union in the Nursing Home/Retirement Lodge. The Employer shall advise the Union monthly as to the names of the persons listed for interview and the place on the premises designated for such interview.   • Union Interview The Hospital will endeavour to schedule the time and place of the interview referred to in Article 5.06, within the first four (4) weeks of employment on hospital premises and at a time mutually agreed by the Union.   • Interview Period It is agreed that upon commencement of employment new employees will be advised by a representative of the Hospital of the existence of the Union and the conditions surrounding their employment as contained in the herein collective agreement and any rules that may be formulated under its terms. It is also agreed that a representative of the union will be given an opportunity to interview each employee once within the completing month of his/her probationary period for the purpose of ascertaining the wishes of the employee concerning membership in the Union. Such interview may take place on the day of orientation. The Hospital will notify the Union monthly of the names of those employees who are completing their probationary period and on request will arrange a time and place for such interview that time of which shall not exceed 15 minutes. Neither employee shall suffer loss of regular pay as a result of such interview.

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with base pay and shall have their authorized expenses paid. An employee granted leave under this section shall notify their supervisor as soon as they are notified of their requirement to appear for an interview.

  • Employee Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to 15 minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with such representative of the Union and the collective agreement. Such meetings may be arranged collectively or individually for employees by the Hospital as part of the orientation program.

  • Exit Interview Upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, Employee agrees, if requested, to participate in an exit interview with the Company and reaffirm in writing Employee’s post-employment obligations as set forth in this Agreement.
