Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.
Group Grievance. Subject to clause 17.5 and section 215 of the PSLRA, the Association may present to the Council a group grievance on behalf of employees in the bargaining unit who feel aggrieved by the interpretation or application, common in respect of those employees, of a provision of the collective agreement or an arbitral award.
Group Grievance. Where two or more employees have grievances of a similar nature and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately, all such employees shall sign the grievance form and submit the grievance under Step 1 within ten (10) calendar days of the event giving rise to the grievances. The grievances shall be processed as one grievance subject to all applicable provisions under the grievance procedure.
Group Grievance. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of teachers, the Association may submit such grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his designee directly and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at Step Two (2) of the grievance procedure.
Group Grievance. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of employees, the Association may submit such grievance in writing to the Superintendent directly and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at Level Two. The Association may process such a grievance through all levels of the grievance procedure even though the aggrieved person does not wish to do so.
Group Grievance. A Group grievance is defined as any dispute between OPG and The Society arising from the application, administration or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement, or unreasonable exercise of Management discretion in the administration and application of the Collective Agreement relating to the same dispute by more than one employee. A Group grievance shall be filed at Step 2. Grouped complaints will normally be considered at the Complaint Step if the employees report to a single supervisor.
Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each one would be entitled to grieve separately, they may present a group grievance in writing through the Local Union, signed by each employee who is grieving and the Local Union President, or designate, to Human Resources, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred. The grievance shall then be treated in the manner as set out for an individual grievance.
Group Grievance. Where an issue relating to the interpretation, application or alleged violation of the collective agreement directly affects more than one (1) Nurse such that they each would be entitled to file a grievance, the Nurses may file a group grievance signed by each of the nurses claimed to be affected. A group grievance shall be filed at Step 1 of the grievance procedure within nine (9) calendar days of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance.
