Designated Representatives definition

Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the LP Representatives identified under Section 2.05.

More Definitions of Designated Representatives

Designated Representatives means, for a Party, the individuals from that Party identified as such in Schedule A hereto (as such Schedule A may be amended from time to time by any Party by notice to the other Party as provided herein, which amendment shall be effective upon all Parties mutually agreeing in writing to an amended and restated form of Schedule A);
