Interview Period. On or before the com- mencement of his employment the Corporation will give to each new employee a copy of the Union Agreement to be supplied by the Union. Interview Period. Sellers shall provide DHLC (or an Affiliate of DHLC) (the “Employer”) reasonable access to the RRMC Employees and the Administrative Employees for purposes of conducting employment interviews with such persons. No later than ten (10) Business Days after the Interview Period, the Employer may offer employment to each RRMC Employee and Administrative Employee, contingent on Closing and effective as of the Closing Date.
