Subscription to Services. WOW! offers its business cable (video), Internet and phone Services as they may exist from time to time and as more particularly described in these General Terms, the Customer Agreement and/or an applicable tariff, to Customers who establish an authorized business account (“Account”) and pay the service fees to subscribe to the Services at rates and fees more particularly described in the Customer Agreement or an applicable price list or tariff. All services are subject to the continued availability of necessary and suitable facilities, access and utilities as determined by WOW! in its sole discretion, and WOW! shall have the right at any time to add to, modify, or delete any aspect, feature or requirement of a service, including but not limited to equipment and system requirements. Customer, by signing or submitting electronically the Customer Agreement (or by using or paying for the Services), subscribes to the identified Services at the specified service locations and agrees to use the Services in compliance with the Terms, as they may be revised, restated, amended and/or supplemented from time to time. Upon installation and connection of the necessary facilities and equipment to provide the Services, or in the case of phone, the day Phone Service is activated, WOW! shall notify Customer that the Services are available for use, and the date of such notice shall be called the “Service Commencement Date.” Any failure or refusal on the part of Customer to be ready to receive the Services on the Service Commencement Date shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay applicable Service charges. The Service Order shall become binding on the parties when (i) it is specifically accepted by WOW! either electronically or in writing, (ii) WOW! begins providing the Services described in the Service Order, or (iii) WOW! begins installation for delivery of the Services described in the Service Order, whichever is earlier (the “Effective Date”). When a Service Order becomes effective it shall be deemed part of, and shall be subject to the Agreement.

Subscription to Services. You authorize us to use third parties to provide the Service to you on our behalf. CLICKING “I AGREE” WHEN YOU ENROLL IN PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING CONSTITUTES YOUR AUTHORIZATION FOR US TO MAKE PAYMENTS OR TRANSFERS VIA THE SERVICES ON YOUR BEHALF. You may designate the CTC checking accounts of your choice for the bill payment service. You may not designate a savings account or money market account for bill payment through the Service. The accounts you choose to use for bill payments is your designated account (the “Designated Account”). You may make payments to any merchant that agrees to accept payments through the Service. You may also choose to have transfers made between one or more of your CTC accounts via the Service. You agree to pay any and all fees associated with these services. Once you apply and are approved for the Service, you will be charged for all fees whether or not you use the Service.
Subscription to Services. By signing this Agreement (either manually or electronically), or otherwise indicating your consent to this Agreement (such as by verbal agreement or use of the Services) and/or physically or electronically submitting this Agreement to WOW!, Customer subscribes to the Services identified on the Service Order. The Service Order shall become binding on the parties when (i) it is specifically accepted by WOW! either electronically or in writing, (ii) WOW! begins providing the Services described in the Service Order, or (iii) WOW! begins installation for delivery of the Services described in the Service Order, whichever is earlier; provided, however, the parties agree and acknowledge that the binding effect of the Service Order and this Agreement is contingent upon WOW!'s engineering review to determine the serviceability of the premises. If WOW! determines that the premises do not meet its serviceability requirements, the Service Order and this Agreement shall be of no further force or effect. When a Service Order becomes effective, it shall be deemed part of, and shall be subject to this Agreement. Upon installation and connection of the necessary facilities and equipment to provide the Services, or in the case of phone, the day phone Service is activated, WOW! shall notify Customer that the Services are available for use, and the date of such notice shall be called the “Commencement Date.” Any failure or refusal on the part of Customer to be ready to receive the Services on the Commencement Date shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay applicable Service charges.
Subscription to Services. Market Participant shall select the Service(s) which intends to use. It is noted that only one Service can be selected per type A and B (i.e. A1 or A2, B1 or B2).
Subscription to Services. Online Banking, F&M BANK’s online commercial information and transaction system, provides information on Company account activity and allows Company to make certain transactions on Company’s deposit and loan accounts maintained with F&M BANK, all as more fully set out in the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By means of Internet access on a personal computer or other device, Company may access Online Banking to utilize these services. Basic Online Banking services are those which are described herein, and which are implemented through Company’s execution of one or more Company Portfolios, one or more Account Portfolios and one or more User Portfolios. Additionally, Company may subscribe to any of the further Online Banking services described in the various parts of this Agreement by executing one or more Online Banking Portfolios pertaining to such further Online Banking services (each, a “Portfolio”). Such further Online Banking services may be subscribed to by Company at any time while this Agreement is in force, including subsequent to Company’s execution of this Agreement. Portfolios may be aggregated to allow for changes to information set forth therein from time to time, with such aggregated forms constituting a single Portfolio. Each and every Portfolio is a part of this Agreement.
Subscription to Services. Subject to Customer’s payment of the applicable Subscription Fee (as defined in Section 5 below) and other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Personetics grants Customer during the Term, and solely for Customer’s internal business use, a non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, personal right to use the Services through internet access in the quantities and limitations identified on Exhibit A during the corresponding subscription period.

Generally, AKOLogic provides a MS cloud platform for managing, documenting, and monitoring crop growth and the agribusiness supply chain, via various modules that enable resource management, provide real-time control and management tools and planning tools. In consideration of the full payment of the Fees, and subject to all the terms and conditions hereof, AKOLogic hereby grants You with a right to access the Services outlined in the Purchase Order (including, without limitation, any limitation of use to specific locations, named users, user quotas, and other use and access restrictions as set forth in the Purchase Order), during the corresponding Subscription Period, as well as (i) related materials such as Documentation, and (ii) if applicable, third party data that may be accessed via the Service ("Third-Party Data"), all made available to You in conjunction with and under these Terms. Only those Services specifically designated in the Purchase Order are purchased by You and will be provided to you by AKOLogic.

Subscription to Services. Subscribing to new services. You can at any time subscribe to a new service inside the Fliq Account administration. The change to your account services will take effect immediately and apply to all future invoices. Billing procedure for new subscriptions. After a change in subscriptions you will be billed right away for the remaining time until the next billing cycle (the amount will be reduced with what you have already paid). Removing subscriptions In case you remove existing subscriptions or reduce the number of equipments within a subscribed service you won't be entitled to a refund from us for the current billing cycle. The charges due for the new subscription are effective from the next billing cycle. Optional Features Some Fliq services contain optional features which are billed outside of the normal billing cycle. Explanation of current optional features available at effective date of this Terms Of Service are explained below. Please contact xxxx@xxxx.xx should you wish to purchase these optional features and products. The Fliq Tracking Product contains external components such as Remote Telemetry Units, which require installation and integration with customer's equipment. As circumstances vary at each customer's site this product offered as case by case basis.
Subscription to Services. Customer hereby subscribes to and Equity hereby agrees to provide certain telecommunications service (the "Service") in conjunction with the Equipment which services are set forth on Exhibit "A" upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Basic InView services are those which are described in this Part A and which are implemented through Customer’s execution of one or more Customer Profiles, one or more Account Profiles and one or more User Profiles. Additionally, Customer may subscribe to any of the further InView services described in the various parts of this Agreement following this Part A by executing one or more InView Profiles pertaining to such further InView services (each, a “Profile”). Such further InView services may be subscribed to by Customer at any time while this Agreement is in force, including subsequent to Customer’s execution of this Agreement. Profiles may be aggregated to allow for changes to information set forth therein from time to time, with such aggregated forms constituting a single Profile. Each and every Profile is a part of this Agreement.
