Remaining Time. If, at the time of return of the Aircraft, the Airframe is not being maintained under a continuous maintenance program, then the Airframe shall have remaining until the next scheduled "C" check at least 25% of the allowable hours between "C" checks permitted under the Lessee's FAA-approved maintenance program. If, at the time of return of the Aircraft, the Airframe is subject to a continuous maintenance program, there will be no time-before-overhaul requirement. If, at the time of return of the Aircraft, the Engines are not being maintained under an on-condition maintenance program, then the average number of hours on such Engines remaining until the next scheduled engine heavy maintenance visit shall be at least 25% of the allowable hours between engine heavy maintenance visits permitted under the Lessee's FAA-approved maintenance program. If, at the time of return of the Aircraft, the Engines are subject to an on-condition maintenance program, there will be no time-before-overhaul requirement. With respect to maintenance under the Lessee's FAA-approved maintenance program, the Lessee shall have treated the Aircraft in a nondiscriminatory manner with other Airbus A300-600 series aircraft in the Lessee's fleet, and the Aircraft shall be free and clear of all Liens and rights of others other than Lessor's Liens and shall be in compliance in every material respect with the Lessee's maintenance program as if the Term were not ending.

If, at the time of return of the Aircraft, the Engines or engines are not being maintained under an on-condition maintenance program, then the average number of hours of operation on such Engines or engines remaining until the next scheduled engine heavy maintenance visit under the Lessee's FAA-approved maintenance program (or other permitted maintenance program) shall be at least 25% of the allowable hours between engine heavy maintenance visits. With respect to maintenance under the Lessee's FAA-approved maintenance program, the Lessee shall have treated the Aircraft in a nondiscriminatory manner with other Airbus A300-600 series aircraft in the Lessee's fleet, and the Aircraft shall be free and clear of all Liens and rights of others other than Lessor's Liens and shall be in compliance in every material respect with the Lessee's FAA-approved maintenance program as if the Term were not ending.

  • Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • WAITING TIME Those employees working on a project who are entitled to receive subsistence allowance shall be paid a lump sum as waiting time based on the applicable straight time rate provided for in the Schedules attached hereto as follows:

  • Starting Times Each site principal with input from the leadership team shall determine the starting times for staff members within legal requirements and exactly equal to the work day as set forth in Article 8.1.

  • TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.

  • Working Time 6.1 The standard working week for full time employees is 37 hours (36 in London). This may be calculated over a period other than a week in accordance with the provisions of Part 3.

  • Excess Travelling Time As well as the above-mentioned Fares allowance, excess travelling time is payable if the work site is beyond 50 kilometres from the workshop or registered office. Where an employee is required to travel to a job site outside the 50 kilometres from the Employer’s registered office or depot the employee will be paid the following: • A payment for time travelled in excess of the 50 kilometres with a minimum payment of a quarter of an hour. The rate will be: – Ordinary time Monday to Friday – Time and one half on Saturday and Sunday – Double time on public holidays • It is agreed between the parties that travel for the purposes of clause

  • Rain at Starting Time Where the employees are in the sheds, because they have been rained off, or at starting time, morning tea, or lunchtime, and it is raining, they shall not be required to go to work in a dry area or to be transferred to another site unless: ⮚ The rain stops; or ⮚ A covered walkway has been provided; or ⮚ The sheds are under cover and the employees can get to the dry area without going through the rain; or ⮚ Adequate protection is provided. Protection shall, where necessary, be provided for the employees’ tools.
