Credit Allowances. Unless otherwise addressed in a service level agreement attached to this Agreement, Comcast will allow a pro-rata credit against future payment of the net monthly recurring charge (exclusive of nonrecurring charges, other one- time charges, per call charges, measured charges, regulatory fees and surcharges, taxes, and other governmental and quasi- governmental fees) for a Service Interruption, except as specified below or as may otherwise be legally required (“Credit”). "Service Interruption" shall mean a break in transmission that renders the Service unusable for transmission and reception. For the purposes of calculating a Credit allowance, the Service Interruption period begins when the Customer reports an interruption in the portion of the Service to Comcast, a trouble ticket is opened, and the Service is released to Comcast for testing and repair. The Service Interruption ends when the affected portion of the Service has been restored and Comcast has closed the trouble ticket. Service Interruption time does not include interruptions of less than thirty (30) minutes’ duration. Credits will be as follows: Length of Service Interruption Amount of Credit At least 4 hours and up to and including 24 hours 1 full day The total number of credit allowances per month shall not exceed the total monthly recurring charge for the affected Service. Credit allowances will not be made for less than $1.00, unless required under applicable law. To qualify, Customer must request the Credit from Comcast within 30 days of the Service Interruption.

Credit Allowances. Unless otherwise addressed in a separate service level or other written Ancillary Agreement between Customer and WOW!, and except as provided below, in the event of complete failure of a Service due to a technical malfunction within WOW!’s control for twenty-four (24) consecutive hours or more, you are entitled to a prorated credit upon request. To qualify for an adjustment, you must request a credit within thirty (30) days of the failure. Notwithstanding the forgoing, WOW!, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries shall have no liability for interruption of any Service due to circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, acts of God, natural disaster, regulation or governmental acts, fire, civil disturbance, strike or weather. AND ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, HOWEVER CAUSED.

Credit Allowances. The following Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies to all dedicated facilities with initial term commitments of at least two (2) years. The SLA covers data port(s) and voice port(s) in the POP and, if applicable, the fiber network which connects directly to Customer’s local access circuit, the network backbone interconnecting the POPs and supporting systems within Clear Rate’s control, which provide domain name routing, voice routing and other functions which will enable Customer to logically interact with the network. This SLA specifically excludes force majeure events, scheduled maintenance, emergency interruptions, terrorist acts, and on- site equipment failures.
Credit Allowances. A credit will be provided when Service is interrupted continuously for more than 24 hours on POTS service, or as defined in the Service Level Credit terms by product type, excluding dark fiber and collocation service. Other exceptions are specified below. An interruption period begins when Customer reports an interruption in service to FirstLight at 800–461–4863. Credit allowance does not apply to interruptions that are (a.) caused by Customer; (b.) due to failure of power or equipment provided byCustomer or third parties, (c.) during any period in which FirstLight is not given access to the Service or premises; (d.) due to scheduled or emergency maintenance and repair; and (e) due to an event of Force Majeure. No more than one full day’s credit will be allowed for any period of 24 hours; and, no more than one month’s worth of monthly recurring charge in any given month. All requests for credit for service outages must be made in writing by the Customer to FirstLight no more than thirty (30) days after issuance of thebill for the period in which the outage occurred. In no event shall the total amount of the credit issued to Customer per month exceed the monthly recurring charges invoiced to Customer for the affected Service for that month.
