A. • Transfers between your accounts at other financial institutions • Secure e-mails via the Service's messaging system • View loan balancesPayments to loans at Relyance Bank, N. A.* • Stop payments on checks that you have written • Transaction downloads Xxxx Payment services are optional. You can request Xxxx Payment privileges in the online enrollment process and/or you can add Xxxx Payment services at a later time by contacting our E-Banking Department or sending us a secure message through the Service. Xxxx Payment customers also have access to electronic Xxxx Presentment or Xxxx Delivery. We may add or remove certain features and/or functionality available from time to time. You can use the Service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, although some or all features may not be available occasionally due to emergencies or scheduled system maintenance. In addition, access to the Service may be slower at times due to high internet traffic or other factors beyond our control. *Loan payments funded by a checking or savings account at Relyance Bank, N.A. may take place until 6pm (CT) on a normal business day to be credited to the loan on the same business day. Loan payments funded by a checking or savings account at another financial institution have a same day posting cut-off time of 2pm (CT). Loan payments submitted by selecting the “Set up repeating payments” option with a same day start on date may not process until the following business day.

You can request access to these privileges at any time through online banking or through the mobile smart application. You can currently use the Service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, although some or all features may not be available occasionally due to emergencies or scheduled system maintenance. In addition, access to the Service may be slower at times due to high internet traffic or other factors beyond our control. Commercial online services consist of only transfers between your Hometown Bank accounts and account transactional history unless an ACH/Cash Management agreement is in place between the Business Customer and Hometown Bank. See the ACH/Cash Management Agreement for services available. Enrollment Process In order to enroll in the Service: • You must have an eligible Hometown Bank account. • Your account with us must be in good standing. • You must be a resident of the United States or its territories. You must complete the enrollment process to use the Service. Your enrollment in the Service may not be fulfilled if we cannot verify your identity or other necessary information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and you agree not to misrepresent your identity. Our Operations Department may verify the information you submit for accuracy and proper authorizations. Business Customers interested in the commercial features of the Service should contact us directly at 0-000-000-0000 or via email at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for more information. You will create your user name and password during the enrollment process. You will also choose your Personal Greeting and provide the answers to your Security questions at your initial login.
