Subscription Service. PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.
Subscription Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ServiceNow authorizes Customer to access and use the Subscription Service during the Subscription Term stated in the applicable Use Authorization, solely for its internal business purposes in accordance with the Documentation. Customer will not otherwise access or use the Subscription Service in a manner that exceeds Customer’s authorized access and use rights as set forth in this Agreement and the applicable Use Authorization.
Subscription Service. ServiceNow authorizes Customer to access and use the Subscription Service during the Subscription Term in the applicable Order Form, solely for its internal business purposes in accordance with the Documentation.

Subscription Service. EmbassyCard is a subscription service and there is a monthly membership fee for EmbassyCard Account held and for EmbassyCard Services, which include the Supplementary Card Account and the Dashboard Services. These Fees are chargeable from the date you Load Money on the Card and Activate your EmbassyCard Account. You can cancel this Agreement as set out in “Your Right to Cancel” section of this Agreement. The monthly Membership Fees will be deducted automatically from your Bank Account that is associated with your EmbassyCard Account. Please be aware that EmbassyCard Membership Fees are monthly and will remain until the last month your Account is held with us.
Subscription Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and during the Term, Jcurve hereby provides Customer with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in connection with an assignment) and terminable license to access and to use Jcurve online business application suite and modules powered by NetSuite or NetSuite applications (the “Service”) purchased by Customer as described in the invoice solely for Customer’s operations. The terms of this Agreement shall also apply to any modules or features subsequently provided by Jcurve to Customer, and/or that have been purchased by Customer that augment or enhance the current business application. Jcurve shall host the Service and may update the functionality and user interface of the Service from time to time in its sole discretion and in accordance with this Agreement as part of its ongoing mission to improve the Service and Customers’ use of the Service.
Subscription Service. Subject to this Agreement and in consideration of the fees specified in any Order, Smartsheet will make the Subscription Service available to Customer throughout the Term. In the event that Customer purchases a subscription to an Add- On, the Subscription Service will be deemed to include such Add-Ons except as otherwise expressly provided herein. Smartsheet hereby grants Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Subscription Service during the Term for Customer’s internal business purposes, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subscription Service. Your purchase of the Service is a periodic subscription (the “Subscription”). The billing terms associated with the Subscription is automatic and recurring. You may cancel your Subscription for the Service at any time. Should you cancel the Subscription before the end of the current period, your Subscription will remain active until the next renewal date. After said renewal date, if no payment is received, your Subscription will be cancelled. TT4P does not offer refunds for recurring payments. To cancel your Subscription, you must inform us in writing of your intention to do so. The price of a Subscription can be found on the Website and is subject to periodic review and amendment by TT4P.
Subscription Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and during the Term, Spōk shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available to Customer solely for use by the number of Authorized Users specified in the applicable Order Form for Customer’s internal business operations. The terms of this Agreement shall also apply to updates and upgrades subsequently provided by Spōk to Customer for the Service.
