New Services definition

New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;
New Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a).
New Services means services which a Contracting Body wishes to procure from a third party which are the same or similar to the Services;

Examples of New Services in a sentence

  • An Interconnection Customer entering the New Services Queue on or after October 1, 2012 with a proposed new Customer Facility that has a Maximum Facility Output equal to or greater than 100 MW shall install and maintain, at its expense, phasor measurement units (PMUs).

  • Each January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the three-month period ending on such date.

  • All customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • All Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each three-month period ending on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Either the Transmission Owner or the New Services Customer, depending on which entity has the construction responsibility pursuant to Part VI and the applicable Construction Service Agreement; this term shall also be used to refer to an Interconnection Customer with respect to the construction of the Customer Interconnection Facilities.


More Definitions of New Services

New Services. Nil Return” means services which a Contracting Body wishes to procure from a third party which are the same or similar to the Services; “Occasion of Tax Non- Compliance” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3.3 of Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information); means: a) any tax return of the Supplier submitted to a Relevant Tax Authority on or after 1 October 2012 is found to be incorrect as a result of: i. a Relevant Tax Authority successfully challenging the Supplier under the General Anti-Abuse Rule or the Halifax abuse principle or under any tax rules or legislation in any jurisdiction that have an effect equivalent or similar to the General Anti-Abuse Rule or the Halifax abuse principle; ii. the failure of an avoidance scheme which the Supplier was involved in, and which was, or should have been, notified to a Relevant Tax Authority under the DOTAS or any equivalent or similar regime in any jurisdiction; and/or b) the Supplier’s tax affairs give rise on or after 1 April 2013 to a conviction in any jurisdiction for tax related offences which is not spent at the Call Off Commencement Date or to a penalty for civil fraud or evasion;
New Services shall have the meaning given such term in Section 1.7 hereof.
New Services means any services, which are not included in the Initial Services. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, New services shall be included in the term “Services.”
New Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).
New Services means services that are materially different from, and in addition to or outside the scope of, the then-existing Services. New Services will not include any work: (i) comprising the “Services” (as defined herein) or that is an inherent, necessary or customary part thereof; (ii) that Provider requires to meet the Standard of Care; or (iii) that can be completed using existing Provider resources without impacting the Service Levels.
New Services means any service(s), except access services or interconnection services, for which a rate element does not presently exist, which does not replace an existing service, and that enlarges the range of service options available to end-users.
New Services shall have the meaning provided in Section 14.6.
