Installation and Integration. Services shall mean the services set forth in Exhibit "D" "Implementation Engineering, Site Preparation, Installation and Integration". INTERCONNECTED CARRIER Any local exchange carrier, inter-exchange carrier, or reseller of local or inter-exchange service that is connected to the iDEN System.
Installation and Integration is defined in Exhibit F.
Installation and Integration means the Installation of Products and the integration of Products with all other Products and OEM Equipment provided hereunder as part of a solution for a CDMA System of such integrated System in accordance with the Statement of Work and/or the Specifications.

More Definitions of Installation and Integration

Installation and Integration means to install and configure every component and subsystem component(s), integrating the Building Management System with the required components, integrating the facility components.
Installation and Integration means the Installation of Products, the integration of Products with all other Products and third party software and equipment in a System, and the successful demonstration of Interoperability of such integrated System.

Related to Installation and Integration

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;
