Third Party Data definition

Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Third Party Data means any and all third party data disseminated directly or indirectly from the LME to the Licensee from time to time (including but not limited to, the third party data set out at Schedule 1 as updated and amended by the LME, from time to time);
Third Party Data means data not owned by ESO but which is (or access to which is) provided by ESO under a Software Schedule.

Examples of Third Party Data in a sentence

  • If Customer (as indicated on an Addendum) elects to license Third-Party Data (e.g., fire codes), then subject to the terms hereof, ESO hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non- sublicensable, and non-transferable license during the Term to use such Third-Party Data via the Software solely for Customer’s internal purposes.

  • ESO does not warrant the functionality, reliability, accuracy, completeness or utility of, Third-Party Data, or accept any liability therefor.

More Definitions of Third Party Data

Third Party Data means data, information or any other materials (in whatever form) not owned or generated by or on behalf of the Subscriber;
