Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

Examples of Service Locations in a sentence

  • During the Term but not more frequently than once per year, upon reasonable prior notice to the BNY Mellon Executive, BNY Mellon shall provide Voya Auditors with access to, and assistance and information that they may reasonably require with respect to, the Service Locations and Services for purposes of auditing BNY Mellon’s compliance with the Agreement.

  • Customer further agrees not to undertake any activity related to the unauthorized reception of the video service at any Service Locations.

  • BNY Mellon shall provide the Services only from the Service Locations.

  • On CUSI’s request, no more frequently than annually, Licensee shall furnish to CUSI an executed certification: (a) verifying that the Licensed Software is being used pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; (b) verifying the number of current Service Locations and Named User Licenses; and (c) listing the Site(s) where the Licensed Software is being used.

  • If BNY Mellon elects to move Services among existing Service Locations, BNY Mellon shall provide Voya at least 90 days’ prior notice before effecting any such relocation.
