Phone Services. All telephone, and electric connections which Tenant may desire shall be first approved by Landlord in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), before the same are installed, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors chosen by Tenant and approved by Landlord in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably approve the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, repair and maintenance services to Tenant and to reasonably restrict and control access to telephone cabinets. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and related wiring in the Premises, including, without limitation, any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and related wiring in the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and related wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or related wiring in the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). Upon the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone and computer cables and related wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Phone Services. 2.1 Phone services are a Voice over Internet Protocol service available only as an “add on” service for use with our Residential Internet services. They are not available as a standalone product or for use with third party Internet services.
2.2 They cannot be used with soft phones and PABX systems and are delivered via the telephone port on the router supplied or purchased with your Internet service.
2.3 Number porting of your existing number to this service is subject to the type of phone service you currently use and may not be possible in all cases.
2.4 Services which are dependent on landlines such as fax machines, house alarms and medical alerts, are not suitable for operation on this service.

EXHIBIT A-3 RULES & REGULATIONS ACCESS: TENANT shall have access to the premises 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Phone Services. 16.1 What you need to do. You must authorise Call Flow to act on your behalf in all dealings with Openreach (who are responsible for all copper lines) or any other third parties to transfer or supply the Service. You will also need to supply your own home telephone equipment.

Phone Services. All voice and data lines at the LexLab Facility are intended for Management use only. Upon request, Member may be granted access to conference calling services. Member employees are expected to use their own cellular phone service. Printing & Copying Services. Member may access for-pay printing and copying services at the UC Hastings Business Center, located on the first floor of 000 XxXxxxxxxx Xxxxxx near the LexLab Facility. Member is responsible for paying for all printing and copying jobs directly to the Business Center, and understands that other jobs from Hastings affiliates will take prirotity in terms of timing. Mail Services. Member may receive mail at the LexLab Facility. Incoming mail should be addressed to: Company Name LexLab at UC Hastings College of the Law 000 XxXxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Suite 112 San Francisco, CA 94102 Custodial Services. Hastings will provide standard custodial services for the LexLab Facility, provided that Member is expected to maintain a clean workspace, which includes conference rooms, office spaces, and other common areas. If LexLab management determines that additional custodial service is necessitated to maintain the space, Member may be responsible for such additional fees. Office Equipment & Supplies. Members are expected to provide their own office equipment and supplies. Certain office supplies, access to basic copying, printing, scanning, conference calling and presenting equipment may be available, but is not guaranteed. Use of LexLab printers and copiers is limited to materials associated with recognized LexLab projects and activities as described in Exhibit A. The printers may not be used for outside printing.
Phone Services. If Client makes a phone appointment, regarding, but not limited to, photography, video, marketing, or consulting, and cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours in advance, Client shall be required to pay a $125 cancellation fee to compensate for time and travel of MJL’s employees or contractors.
Phone Services. If phone service is provided, the account holder is responsible for any long distance or other fee-based costs incurred. Emergency 911 calling may not be available depending on your facility enrollment.
Phone Services. If you move the equipment or Services to another location without complying with Pages 14 and 15, you do so in violation of this Agreement and at your own risk.
