Subscriber Conduct. You understand and agree that all information, data, text, software, graphics, electronic messages or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, download, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. SG does not control the content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will SG be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service or any errors or omissions in Content. You agree to not use the communication center of the Service to: (1) e-mail, post, upload, download, electronically transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, tortious, harassing, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (2) e-mail, post, upload, download, electronically transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships, client relationships, independent contractor relationships or non-disclosure agreements;

Subscriber Conduct. Subscriber shall comply with all laws, rules, regulations and legal obligations related to the Service and with all acceptable use policies and procedures established from time to time by LINK BROADBAND. Subscriber shall not use the Service to conduct any business or activity or to solicit the performance of any activity which is prohibited by any law, rule, regulation or legal obligation. Subscriber shall not intercept e-mail in an unauthorized manner or engage in "spamming" or any similar conduct.
Subscriber Conduct. The Subscriber agree to evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of Service. Subscriber may not rely on any content created by or submitted to the Service. Subscriber understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your notifications, commands and the location of your vehicles, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Subscriber Conduct. (a) Subscriber shall use the Road Runner Service for lawful purposes only, and in accordance with this Agreement and any Terms of Use. Subscriber shall not upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available on or via the Road Runner Service any material (including any message or series of messages) that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, obstructive, harassing, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, that in the circumstances would be obscene or indecent, that constitutes hate speech, that is otherwise offensive or objectionable, or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Subscriber also shall not link his/her personal home page to material or content that violates Road Runner's or Operator's standards of conduct as reflected in this Agreement or the Operator Terms, or as specified by any other Terms of Use imposed by Road Runner or Operator. Road Runner or Operator may remove content that in its judgment violates these standards.
Subscriber Conduct. Subscriber is solely responsible for the contents of its transmissions through the Services. The Service reserves the right to take any action with respect to the Services that the Service deems necessary or appropriate if it believes Subscriber or its information may create liability for the Service or compromise or disrupt the Service for other Subscribers. Subscriber agrees: (a) to comply with FCC Regulations regarding unsolicited fax transmissions (b) not to use the Service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to distribution of unsolicited facsimile advertisements; (c) not to use the Service to infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; and (d) not to transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. The Service may use filters and other technologies and procedures to terminate unsolicited fax advertisements without delivering them.
Subscriber Conduct a) Unless specified otherwise in your Service Agreement, you agree to use the Service only for personal and non-commercial purposes; however, you are permitted to use the Service to make business calls that are incidental to your personal and non-commercial use of the Service. You expressly agree not to use the Service for dial-up Internet service to a long distance number, auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or for any other use that results in excessive usage inconsistent with normal calling patterns. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your Service is being used for any of the aforementioned activities or in the event of an excessive number of calls, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately and without Notice or to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage occurred.
Subscriber Conduct. (a) The DigiPHONE Service as offered and provided under this Agreement is a residential service offered for reasonable personal, non-commercial use only. Subscriber will not resell or redistribute (whether for a fee or otherwise) the Digital Phone Service, or any portion thereof, or otherwise charge others to use the Digital Phone Service, or any portion thereof. Subscriber agrees not to use the DigiPHONE Service for any enterprise purpose whether or not the enterprise is directed toward making a profit, including but not limited to, telemarketing, call center services, medical transcription, or facsimile broadcasting. Operator reserves the right to disconnect without notice any prohibited transmissions or uses and to terminate the Digital Phone Service in the event of a violation of the foregoing use restrictions or in the event of an excessive number of calls during a fixed period, heavy usage during business hours, heavy usage concentrated over consecutive dates, or usage that may be deemed to be business use.

Subscriber will not resell or redistribute (whether for a fee or otherwise) the ISP Service, or any portion thereof, or otherwise charge others to use the ISP Service, or any portion thereof. Subscriber agrees not to use the ISP Service for operation as an internet service provider, for the hosting of websites (other than as expressly permitted as part of the ISP Service) or for any enterprise purpose whether or not the enterprise is directed toward making a profit.

Subscriber Conduct. You may not transfer your account to any other person or permit another person to use your account for Service. You may not use more than one login session at a time, even if you maintain more than one account for Service. As a condition to your right to use the Service under this Agreement, you expressly agree not to use the Service to: upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; harm minors in any way; impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service; upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, including but not limited to the digitization and distribution of photographs from publications, appropriating text from copyrighted sources and uploading or transmitting copyrighted software; upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, bulk mail, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose; upload, post, email or otherwise transmit substantial amounts of e-mail or other data to a person or system with the purpose or effect of impeding the functionality of, or totally disabling the recipient system; upload, post, email or otherwise transmit ten or more messages of similar or identical content to Usenet or other news groups, forums, e-mail mailing lists or other like groups or lists; or upload, post, email or otherwise transmit on or to any Usenet or other news groups, forums, e-mail mailing lists or other like groups or lists articles which are off-topic according to the ch...
