ISP Service definition

ISP Service means the provision of connectivity to and services that enable the use of the Internet by an end-user.
ISP Service means a COMPANY service, described in Exhibit A, which --------- provides an Internet protocol (IP) access service to the Internet as contemplated by this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that COMPANY may provide access to the Internet via other Internet Product(s) not listed in Exhibit A. ---------
ISP Service means a service that provides user access to the Internet.

  • If any of the required agreements expires or is terminated during the term of the AOL Consent Decree, TWC will be required to replace it with another approved agreement.The AOL Consent Decree also requires that TWC’s FTC-approved agreements contain a provision that requires TWC to give notice to the unaffiliated ISPs if Time Warner enters into an agreement for AOL to provide ISP Service (as defined under the AOL Consent Decree) with any one of six specified cable operators.

  • To the extent SBC offers any Third Party Retail ISP Service access to any cable Broadband Access networks that are owned by Affiliates of SBC for the purpose of providing a Retail ISP Service, following the Closing, SBC shall make such cable Broadband Access available to Operating Partnership on at least equivalent terms and conditions.

  • LookSmart acknowledges and agrees that, as between LookSmart and NetZero, NetZero owns all title to, and all ownership rights in, the NetZero ISP Service, the NetZero Software (including without limitation the AdVantage Window), any NetZero trademarks and all aspects of the Co-branded Site which are solely created and/or contributed by NetZero, including without limitation the underlying software but excluding any LookSmart brand features which are the sole property of LookSmart.

  • In the event a Schedule is not attached NetZero agrees that the level of service and support provided to a purchaser of Combined Products using NetZero's ISP Service shall be at least the same level as provided to other users of the NetZero ISP Service.

  • The parties acknowledge that analysis of the timing of Product sales by geographic region and the accurate forecasting of consumer acceptance of the NetZero ISP Service will be critical in ensuring the quality of the consumer experience.

  • Compaq and NetZero wish to enter into a business alliance to, among other things, market, promote and offer NetZero branded Internet access service (the "NetZero ISP Service") which shall be free to the Compaq enduser at the time the Licensed Product associated with such service is distributed with the Presario Product Line.

  • The intent of the Parties is to work together to allow Compaq to market, offer and distribute the Licensed Product on the Presario Product Line commencing with the 2C Product Run (the "Products") during the term of this Agreement with the goal and purpose of consumer adoption of the NetZero ISP Service by purchasers of the Products.

  • To the extent the Combined Product are distributed in jurisdictions where NetZero does not provide the NetZero ISP Service, the Parties agree to indicate so in a manner as to not confuse the consumer.

  • Compaq agrees to advertise and promote the NetZero ISP Service through its retail channels.

  • The NetZero ISP Service is not available outside of the United States and is not available in Hawaii or Alaska.

Related to ISP Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Provider Service means a Provider’s hosted online services (if any) as described in the Solution Exhibit which is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet as part of the BPO Service. A Provider Platform Application shall be considered a Provider Service.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • related service means any service or benefit provided or made available by an insurer or any associate of that insurer, together with or in connection with any policy or policy benefit, and includes a loyalty benefit and a no-claim bonus;

"900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.
