Client Relationships. During the term of this Agreement and for 12 months following the termination of this Agreement, Partner will not, solely or jointly with others, induce or attempt to induce any client of Athena to cease doing business with Athena or in any way interfere with the relationship between Athena and such client.
Client Relationships. The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation has adopted an incentive compensation scheme designed (i) to facilitate clients gaining access to and being provided with explanations about the full range of products and services offered by BNY Mellon Affiliates and (ii) to expand and develop client relationships. This programme may lead to the payment of referral fees and/or bonuses to employees of BNY Mellon Affiliates who may have been involved in a referral that resulted in the obtaining of products or services by the Security Provider covered by this Agreement or which may be ancillary or supplemental to such products or services. Any such referral fees or bonuses are funded solely out of fees and commissions paid by the Security Provider under this Agreement or with respect to such ancillary or supplemental products.

Client Relationships. Envestnet shall not market its products or services to Clients referred to Envestnet by any Advisor, or to any Advisor, except that Envestnet may, in cooperation with National, market the Customized Envestnet Platform to Advisors and their Clients pursuant to this Agreement with, in each case, National’s, and with respect to Clients, such Advisor’s, express advance written consent.
Client Relationships. I shall endeavor to serve the best interests of my clients at all times and to provide the highest quality service possible. • I shall maintain clear and honest communications with my clients and shall keep client communications confidential. • I shall provide clients the opportunity to give their written consent to BodyTalk session(s) and inform them that they have the right to withdraw or terminate their consent at any time, in accordance with local law.
Client Relationships. Set forth in Part 3.26 of the Disclosure Letter is a true and complete list of the Company's top twenty (20) client accounts for the past two (2) fiscal years (including, but not limited to, AT&T), measured by gross revenues in each year (the "Major Customers"), and the key Company employees which manage the account, including the account manager and the creative team assigned to each such account. In the last twelve months, no Major Customer has canceled or otherwise terminated, or, to the knowledge of the Company or the Shareholders, Threatened to cancel or otherwise terminate, its relationship with the Company, or reduced, or Threatened to reduce, its business with the Company. The Company has not received any written or oral notice and has no knowledge that any Major Customer intends to cancel or otherwise modify its relationship with Company (and, after the Closing, the Buyer) on account of the Contemplated Transaction or otherwise.
Client Relationships. Schedule 3.15 sets forth a listing of the Company's ten largest clients in terms of net commissions collected from such clients for the preceding two years and the current year to date. To Shareholder's knowledge, except as set forth on Schedule 3.15, none of the clients listed on Schedule 3.15 intends to terminate or adversely modify its business relationship with the Company as a result of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Client Relationships. We recognize your relationship with your account(s)/client(s). We agree not to solicit directly the business of accounts submitted to us by you during the term of this Agreement. It is expressly understood and agreed by you that, in the normal course of business, the insurance carriers represented by us or we will from time to time have occasion to deal directly with your account(s)/client(s) for various purposes including, but not limited to, account servicing and loss control. In the event that we terminate this Agreement because of breach of the Agreement by you, or in the event that your account(s)/client(s) change their broker of record, you relinquish and waive all right or claim to subsequent renewals, additional premiums, or commission on subsequent insurance from any insurance carrier we represent or us, as the case may be.
Client Relationships. To the knowledge of the Company, there are no facts or circumstances, including the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, that are reasonably likely to result in the loss of any Client (as hereinafter defined) of the Company or a material change in the relationship of the Company with such a Client.
