Objectionable Material definition

Objectionable Material is defined in Article 10.3;
Objectionable Material means garden litter, waste, waste material, rubble, scrap metal, article or object, disused machinery, motor car wrecks as well as the disused parts thereof, refuse from building operations, or any refuse being deposited on any land or premises, including new or used building materials not required in connection with bona fide building operations in progress on any land, and includes any solid, liquid or gas which is or may become offensive or dangerous or injurious to health or which materially interferes or may interfere with the ordinary comfort or convenience of a person;
Objectionable Material means content that contradicts the principles established by the Ontario Human Rights Code or materials of a pornographic, profane or sexually explicit nature, as well as content that may offend based on race, ancestry, place of origin, ethnicity, citizenship, creed, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, family status, religion or disability.

Examples of Objectionable Material in a sentence

  • PGi reserves the right to remove any Customer Data that constitutes Objectionable Material or violates any Service Provider rules regarding appropriate use, but is not obligated to do so.

  • On receiving notice from the Licensee that any proposed disclosure contains Objectionable Material, UBC and the Licensee agree to work together to revise the proposed disclosure to remove or alter the Objectionable Material in a manner acceptable to both the Licensee and UBC, in which case the Licensee will withdraw its objection.

More Definitions of Objectionable Material

Objectionable Material has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.5;
Objectionable Material includes any Content that: (i) is factually inaccurate, misleading, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate; (ii) is not the most current version of such Content available from Content Provider; (iii) infringes or may be perceived as infringing any intellectual property rights of third persons; and (iv) is or may be deemed to be libelous, defamatory, racist, vulgar, abusive, obscene or pornographic or which may violate other civil or criminal laws, including those regulated in the use and distribution of content on the Internet and protection of personal privacy.
Objectionable Material includes any Content that: (i) is factually inaccurate, misleading, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate; (ii) is not the most current version of such Content available from Content Provider; (iii) infringes or may be perceived as infringing any intellectual property rights of third persons; and (iv) is or may be deemed to be libelous, defamatory, racist, vulgar, abusive, obscene or pornographic or which may violate other civil or criminal laws, including those regulated in the use and distribution of content on the Internet and protection of personal privacy. With the advanced written permission Channelseek may reproduce, distribute, display and transmit the Content to promote and distribute the Content. Channelseek may use Content Provider's Marks, (i) to identify Content Provider as the source of Content as necessary; (ii) to identify and aid access to Content Provider web site(s), content, links, streams, graphics, listing summaries, including but not limited to all other marks if desired (iii) in a factual manner in any promotional material, including but not limited to, press releases, information guides and listings as well as any other medium for promotion of said Content.

Objectionable Material. ’ means garden litter, rubbish, waste material, grass, vegetation, rubble manure scrap metal, article or thing, disused parts thereof, refuse from any building operations, or any refuse capable of being dumped on any land or premises, including new or used building materials not necessarily required in connection with bona fide building operations actually in progress on any land, and includes any solid, liquid or gas which is or may become offensive or dangerous or injurious to health or which materially interferes with the ordinary comfort or convenience of the public or which is detrimental to the tidiness of the premises and adjacent property;
Objectionable Material means any publication or dissemination of contents hurting the religious sentiments of any Indian citizen;
